New JLo Song Featured On Compilation Album!

‘One Step At A Time’, a song that Jennifer Lopez wrote after her twins were born, will be featured on a companion CD for Christy Turlington Burns’ documentary “No Woman, No Cry”. The film follows expecting mothers in four countries — Tanzania, Bangladesh, Guatemala and the Unites States — as they face obstacles to receiving healthcare.

The “Every Mother Counts” CD will be available at Starbucks beginning on April 12. Starbucks will donate $8 from the sale of each CD between April 12 and May 9 to CARE for its maternal health programs in coffee growing countries.

‘One Step At A Time’ has served as sort of an official song for Jennifer’s charity, The Maribel Foundation. Several of the foundation’s promotional videos have featured the song including the latest one documenting her visit to a children’s hospital in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

American Idol: Week 8 Results Show

A new episode of American Idol aired last night! Unfortunately, Ashthon Jones was sent packing and it was left up to a visibly upset Jennifer Lopez to tell her that they wouldn’t be saving her from elimination.

Prior to that, however, there was a funny moment where Jennifer discussed the dougie (a dance) and then sampled it for everyone, promising Adam Lambert, who had just performed, that she would show him how to do it after the show.

Here’s a recap of the show:

JLo on Regis and Kelly!

Jennifer Lopez was on Live with Regis and Kelly today! She managed to cover a lot of ground in her interview. She talked about working on Love?, American Idol, a couple of twin anecdotes, and her Gillette campaign. It’s a nice interview, so check it out!
