Yesterday (Wednesday, September 6) was Jennifer’s first day of filming Parker, A crime/thriller directed by Taylor Hackford (Ray, The Devil’s Advocate) starring Jason Statham as Parker.
The movie, a film adaption of Flashfire by Donald Westlake, is centered on a thief who lives by a code of honor that includes never stealing money from people who need it. Jennifer plays the female lead, Leslie, who gets involved with Parker as he executes a heist.

Jennifer Lopez was spotted on the set of “What To Expect When You’re Expecting” yesterday. The set was staged to look like an Ethiopian airport. In the film, Jennifer’s character, Holly, and her husband, played by Rodrigo Santoro (also photographed), adopt a child from Ethiopia. Jennifer’s kids, Emme and Max were also photographed hanging out with Jennifer on the set.
In other movie news, “Parker”, Jennifer’s next film, now has a release date – October 12, 2012! The film just started shooting earlier this week, but Jennifer hasn’t started filming her role yet. Jennifer has 3 films scheduled for release in 2012: “What To Expect When You’re Expecting” on May 11, 2012, “Ice Age 4” on July 3, 2012, and “Parker” on October 12, 2012! Will Jennifer’s 2012 be even bigger that 2011? We certainly hope so!

Jennifer Lopez has been hard at work filming all week, and lucky for us, she’s been shooting outside! Jennifer and her costar, Rodrigo Santoro were photographed filming what looks to be an emotional scene on the set of “What To Expect When You’re Expecting”.
