Jennifer Lopez Kohl’s Collection in O, The Oprah Magazine

Jennifer served as a guest fashion editor on a shoot for the September issue of O, The Oprah Magazine. In the spread eight models and Jennifer wear several different looks of Jennifer’s upcoming Kohl’s collection. During the shoot Jennifer chose the outfits and accessories for all eight models and gave them tips on posing for the camera and directed hair & make-up.

She tells People Magazine: I’m a mom. I work. I want comfort. But I want to feel sexy and modern. I think most women want the same things. and talks about how fulfilling it is to have people compliment her on the collection “This is the fulfilling part. To have women tell me, ‘This is so comfortable, it fits so well.’”

Pick up the September issue of O, The Oprah Magazine for more of the shoot and look for Jennifer’s Kohl’s collection in stores this fall.

South Beach Tow Is Another Hit For JLo!

The ratings are in and the latest project from the JLo Empire, South Beach Tow, had a great premiere last night!

 A total of 1,635,000 viewers hitched up to truTV’s brand new show South Beach Tow last night at 10 p.m. The series premiere is now tied with the December 2009 debut of Conspiracy Theory with Jesse Venturaas truTV’s biggest Wednesday series launch ever. A second episode scored a hefty 1,572,000 viewers at 10:30 p.m.

Among key demos, the 10 p.m. premiere of South Beach Tow delivered 767,000 adults 18-49 and 439,000 men 18-49. The 10:30 p.m. episode expanded those demos to 804,000 adults 18-49 and 494,000 men 18-49.

South Beach Tow garnered tremendous growth compared to the installment of Disorder in the Court that aired in the same timeslot last year, with total viewers up 55%, adults 18-49 up 42% and men 18-49 up 46%.

With new episodes of truTV’s Operation Repo leading into South Beach Tow, truTV scored its best Wednesday primetime delivery in total viewers and adults 18-49 since the first quarter.

South Beach Tow centers on Miami’s family-owned Tremont Towing and the unique and fascinating characters who work there. The series comes to truTV from Bodega Pictures and executive producer Jennifer Lopez’s Nuyorican Production.

South Beach Tow Premieres Tonight on TruTV!

South Beach Tow, a new reality show produced by Jennifer Lopez’s Nuyorican Productions, premieres tonight at 10 PM with two back to back episodes!

We had a chance to watch an advance screening of the premiere episode, and you won’t want to miss it!

South Beach Tow centers on the family-run Tremont Towing and the crazy situations the staff endure on the job each day.  They are cussed at, pushed, followed, and threatened by irate car owners and have to deal with everything from a careless dog owner who leaves her dog in an enclosed vehicle, to a would-be rapper who thinks he can rhyme his way out of having his car repossessed (Christie the dispatcher’s response was my favorite part!)

South Beach Tow gives us an in-your-face look at the not-so-glamorous life of the folks that have to put up with those who believe in their pocketbook before believing in following the law! There’s plenty of drama and confrontation (one group even chases the tow truck driver back to the lot!), which makes for great entertainment.

The “Best Friends Getaway” contest, invites participants to submit a creative video to show why they love Jennifer. To enter, legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, 18 and older, can submit a video on the Kohl’s Facebook page, starting July 11 at 12:00 p.m. CT and ending at 11:59 p.m. CT on July 30, 2011.

Facebook users, who haven’t done so already, must “Like” the Kohl’s Facebook page to unlock the entry form. Only one entry per person is permitted. The winning videos will be selected based on four equally weighted criteria, including: originality / creativity of the video submission; personality of the entrant; level of enthusiasm expressed during the video; fan voting by their peers within the Kohl’s Facebook community. Jennifer Lopez Takes Over HSN!

Jennifer Lopez appeared live on HSN to exclusively sell and promote her new fragrance, Love & Light, for a total of six hours yesterday! Her appearance was essentially a six hour interview with some Love & Light thrown into the mix. Jennifer chatted with each host and shared stories about her life and what she’s up to (filming two movies soon, releasing 3rd single Papi, filming a new music video, setting up Kohl’s clothing line launch, etc.)

Jennifer also took live viewer phone calls from fans! There were also a few surprise phone calls from Khloe Kardashian, Leah Remini, Erica Reid (LA Reid’s wife) and Jennifer’s kids, Emme and Max! Jennifer’s mother, Lupe, was also on hand to share stories and a few impromptu dances.

Over the 6 hour period, nearly 50,000 bottles of Love & Light were sold! You can still buy the fragrance at HSN.com and they also have part of Jennifer’s appearance up on their page, which you can watch here.
