Another month, another JLo commercial. This time Jennifer’s promoting Harman Kardon’s latest product, the BDS home theater system.
In the commercial “Beautiful Sound,” directed by Martin Campbell (Casino Royal, Green Lantern, Golden Eye), we see Jennifer in an old dusty room that starts to transform into a modern space once she turns on the home theater system.
“We have found a perfect fit in megastar Jennifer Lopez to be a global ambassador for Harman Kardon’s Beautiful Sound message,” said Dinesh C. Paliwal, Chairman, President and CEO of HARMAN. “She personifies beauty, elegance, and style, and consistently delivers outstanding musical performances. The Harman Kardon name is synonymous with incredible sound and attractive design, and we are delighted that Ms. Lopez will help us share that message.”
The decision to use Jennifer in their new campaign was an easy choice according to Jeff Willard, chief marketing officer of Harman International “She is about beauty and sound, and we are about beauty and sound.”
The campaign featuring Jennifer will have its premiere in Europe today and in the United States & Asia in the beginning of next year.
Part 2 of the animated short, Scratch’s Continental Crack-Up, which serves as a prequel to Ice Age: Continental Drift, due in theaters July 13, 2012. At the end of the video you can get a sneak peek at Shira the sabertooth tiger, voiced by Jennifer.
Jennifer has been in Argentina for the past two days, to search for talent in music and dance for the new talent show Q’Viva! The Chosen.
